Process, Benefits, and Reasons

Process

At Unitus we have a very detailed process to ensure that your interior and exterior painting needs will be fully satisfied. All of the specific details such as preparation and application methods relevant to your project are written on the quote documents.

Benefits

  • Convenience – we work at hours that suit your schedule. This may mean after hours or weekend work in order to accommodate your needs. We are able to accommodate tight scheduling demands.

  • Cleanliness – painting can be a messy trade by nature but we strive for order and cleanliness on all our projects. Clean-up of the job is done daily and upon completion.

  • Communication – we set clear expectations from the beginning and deliver on our promises. We take a pro-active approach to keep customers in the loop during projects by communicating important details in a timely manner.

  • Product selection –we use low odour/VOC products to limit the “paint” smell inside the house.

  • Colour consultation – we make ourselves available to help with colour selections and overall vision for the project.

  • Quality checks – we have a three point system that ensures quality standards are followed to help ensure customer satisfaction.

.

Reasons

  • Professional and presentable – our painters are always in the Unitus Painting uniform and are easy to identify. Take comfort of knowing who is on your property.

  • Proper needs analysis – we will not tell you to do something that you do not need but at the same time we listen carefully to what is important to you. An example may be “ensuring a gate remains closed or waiting until after a certain time to work in a certain area”.

  • Procedures to keep site clean – in addition to daily clean-up, we cover and protect areas that are excluded from the scope of work as a preventative measure.

  • Quality checks – we have a three point system that ensures quality standards are followed to help ensure customer satisfaction.
